Welcome to the Trail Updates pages for

On the Trail of the Buddha Tree.

These pages are the hub for all Trail Updates and other content over the 6 weeks of direct updates from Eddie in India and Sri Lanka.

Each week we will build a new update with links to images, pdf, word and powerpoint documents (as needed).

Available updates are shown by a green tab above. Those with a red tab are not yet available.

If you are signed up to receive Trail Updates you will receive an email notification as each update becomes available. If you are not signed up please email Rob here with your name and school/organisation details.

Technology matters...

... and we have done all we can to try and limit any access or other technology problems you may have.

Formats and compatibility: We are using standardised software formats for the direct updates phase of the project. This means they are relatively low-fi, but hopefully useable by all*. If you have a computer able to read MS Word, PDF, Powerpoint and jpeg files then you should be good to go.

You will also need a standard Internet browser such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Explorer for accessing the download links and for some intended web content.

Access: In order to avoid SPAM filters, inbox limits and other technical issues with email we have made all content available as downloads or direct access links from these pages. You will simply receive a link (as you clicked to access this page) each week to bring you the new content^.

* We are unable to offer specific technical support should you have issues accessing any of the downloadable or online content. In the first instance we would encourage you to ensure your versions are as up to date as possible. If you have technical issues we will try and assist you, but we can not guarantee to resolve them.

^You will be able to access all available update content on the site using the tabs at the top.
